Use this form to report content in the Hazely app or on hazely.nl that you believe is illegal or seriously incorrect — a shop that should not be listed, an unlawful review snippet, a strain description that oversteps, or anything else. It is reviewed manually by the operator. How reports are handled is described in the Notice & Action procedure.
